We booked a group tour on the Scandinavian Guides website. There was a problem with the booking and we called/texted Luis. The group tour had been cancelled. He apologized for not advising us in advance but committed to find us an alternative in 30 minutes. He called and arranged for us to have a private guide, Jamie, meet us in 30 minutes. We met up with Jamie and had a great tour. Jamie was knowledgeable, friendly and had a good sense of humor. We saw people and places in the old town that we would have never seen on our own. Luis followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied. Luis was able to turn around a customer problem and skillfully made it a success. Fantastisk gammal nöjespark i hjärtat av Köpenhamn. Finns allt från karuseller av olika slag massor av olika matställen. Finns någonting för alla åldrar och nu på vintern ska vi inte glömma den fantastiska belysningen

Age Recommendation: This tour is not recommended for children under 8 years of age.
Minimum Participants: A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to proceed.
Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator (force majeure), reservations will not be refunded. Instead, they will be transferred to a future departure, subject to availability.

Private Groups: Private groups may request their private guide and select a preferred language for the tour.

Please note: Tivoli Gardens is closed from the beginning of January to the beginning of April (see calendar), and during this period, the City Guided Walking Tour including the Tivoli entrance fee is unavailable.
