Meeting Time: Participants are requested to meet 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the tour.
Age Recommendation: This tour is not recommended for children under 8 years of age.
Minimum Participants: A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to proceed.
Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator (force majeure), reservations will not be refunded. Instead, they will be transferred to a future departure, subject to availability.

Private Groups: Private groups may request their private guide and select a preferred language for the tour.
