Transport Services Conditions

  • If your flight is delayed, canceled, or your connecting flight has changed, been canceled, or missed, you must immediately contact the emergency number provided by your agency or directly contact us, the service provider, at +45 53488522 (Denmark services available 24hrs) to inform us so we can rebook your service. If this is not communicated, it will be considered a “no show,” and you will be fully charged.
  • Unless stated otherwise in writing, the waiting time for airport pickups is 1 hour after landing. After this period, the vehicle will be released, the service will be considered a “no show,” and it will be fully charged.
  • In the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage claim area, or due to lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number provided on your booking by your agent or directly to us, the service provider, at +45 53488522 (Denmark services available 24hrs). If you fail to call the emergency number within the minimum time after the actual arrival time, and the service provider is not informed of the delay, the service will be considered a “no show” and will be fully charged.
  • Unless specifically requested or stated, disabled persons who require special services and vehicles must notify us in advance; otherwise, the service will not be available.
  • Unless otherwise stated in your booking or voucher, one piece of medium-sized luggage per person and one carry-on (hand luggage) are allowed. Additional costs will apply for extra luggage or luggage that does not fit in your requested vehicle. Extra costs or transport will be charged on the spot and must be paid by the client.
  • At the pier/hotel, unless otherwise stated in writing, the waiting time is 15 minutes. After this time, the vehicle will be released, the service will be considered a “no show,” and it will be fully charged.
  • Portage service is not included.
  • The service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations of services due to unforeseeable major circumstances or those beyond our control.
