- Minimum Participants: A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to proceed.
- Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the operator (force majeure), reservations will not be refunded. Instead, they will be transferred to a future departure, subject to availability.
Private Groups: Private groups may request their private guide and select a preferred language for the tour.
Please note: Tivoli Gardens is closed from the beginning of January to the beginning of April (see calendar), and during this period, the City Guided Walking Tour including the Tivoli entrance fee is unavailable.
