Meeting Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour commences.
Age Restriction: This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Participant Requirements: A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to proceed.
Maximum Capacity: The maximum number of participants is limited to 10 per guide.
Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the tour begins for a full refund.
Safety Waiver: All participants are required to sign a safety waiver before the start of the tour.
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, beyond the control of the operator, reservations will not be refunded. Instead, they will be transferred to a future departure date, subject to availability.

Upon request, private groups may have their own guide and select the language of the tour.
