Our Airport Assistant Service ensures a smooth and stress-free arrival experience. Upon landing, a professional assistant will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name for easy recognition. This personalized service includes:

Meet & Greet: A friendly assistant will greet you at the baggage claim area, right before the arrival hall.
Baggage Assistance: Your assistant will help you with luggage collection and ensure it is safely transported. In case of lost baggage, we will assist you with the baggage claim report and ensure a seamless process to help resolve any issues.
Escort to Transport: After helping with your luggage, our assistant will escort you to your designated vehicle, ensuring a smooth transfer to your next destination.
Optional Sightseeing: If you have some time before your departure, we offer a brief sightseeing tour of Copenhagen, ensuring you get to see the highlights of the city before continuing your journey.

This service provides you with a seamless, comfortable, and efficient arrival experience, allowing you to skip the stress of navigating the airport. Let us take care of the details so you can enjoy your trip from the moment you land.

Extra Time: If you need a bit more flexibility, you can extend the service for additional hours. We’ll accommodate your schedule to ensure you have all the time you need.
Location Adjustments:
- If your journey begins or ends at Copenhagen Airport or Ocean Kaj, we provide transport to ensure smooth transitions.
- For locations outside Greater Copenhagen, additional time may apply to accommodate longer distances.
Early and Late Services:
- If you’re arriving early (before 08:00 AM) or need services after 09:00 PM, we can arrange for extra assistance to ensure your trip starts or ends smoothly, no matter the time.
Language Assistance: If you require a second language during your service, we can provide a multilingual guide for you or your group.
Airport & Port Transfers:
- Need to be picked up or dropped off at Copenhagen Airport or a nearby port?
  We offer services like airport transfers, city transfers, or port assistance to get you where you need to go, whether you’re traveling to or from a hotel, airport, or port.
Hospitality Desk: For events or larger groups, we offer a dedicated hospitality desk where we can assist your guests or attendees with information, coordination, and support, hour by hour.
