Meet & Greet at the Pier: Our professional assistant will be waiting for you at the cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
Luggage Assistance: We will help you with your luggage, ensuring it is safely transported from the pier to your designated transport or cruise ship.
Escort to Transport: After collecting your luggage, our assistant will guide you to your pre-arranged transportation, whether it’s a private transfer to the airport, hotel, or another destination.
Optional Sightseeing: If you have some time before your departure, we offer a brief sightseeing tour of Copenhagen, ensuring you get to see the highlights of the city before continuing your journey.

- For locations outside Greater Copenhagen, additional time may apply to accommodate longer distances.
Early and Late Services:
- If you’re arriving early (before 08:00 AM) or need services after 09:00 PM, we can arrange for extra assistance to ensure your trip starts or ends smoothly, no matter the time.
