 Verified Good recovery and tour We booked a group tour on the Scandinavian Guides website. There was a problem with the booking and we called/texted Luis. The group tour had been cancelled. He apologized for not advising us in advance but committed to find us an alternative in 30 minutes. He called and arranged for us to have a private guide, Jamie, meet us in 30 minutes. We met up with Jamie and had a great tour. Jamie was knowledgeable, friendly and had a good sense of humor. We saw people and places in the old town that we would have never seen on our own. Luis followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied. Luis was able to turn around a customer problem and skillfully made it a success.  Verified Så välkomnande Fantastisk gammal nöjespark i hjärtat av Köpenhamn. Finns allt från karuseller av olika slag massor av olika matställen. Finns någonting för alla åldrar och nu på vintern ska vi inte glömma den fantastiska belysningen

Age Restriction: This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Participant Requirements: A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to proceed.
Maximum Capacity: The maximum number of participants is limited to 10 per guide.
Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the tour begins for a full refund.
Safety Waiver: All participants are required to sign a safety waiver before the start of the tour.
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, beyond the control of the operator, reservations will not be refunded. Instead, they will be transferred to a future departure date, subject to availability.

Private Groups:

Upon request, private groups may have their own guide and select the language of the tour.
